Who We Are

Temple Beth Elohim was founded over 100 years ago.  That's more than a century, and its longevity is well-deserved because it continues to offer the best Jewish community to families along the Grand Strand.         
                          

       Membership in our temple fosters Jewish values through:

  • participation in our worship services   

  • holiday celebrations                     

  • social activities

  • educational programs from beginning Hebrew to adult learning

  • community action

  • subscription to the Rising Star and Reform Judaism Magazine. 

Our members can attest to the friendships started at Temple Beth Elohim (TBE) and they can reminisce about the changes that have taken place over the years.  We honor our "Elders" who are the founders of TBE as well as our newest members who bring fresh ideas and input to our temple community. Our members will also tell you how wonderful it was to share a simcha with temple friends, and how supportive the temple community is in times of need.  What they cannot tell you, is how you, too, will look back one day and realize how much TBE enriched your life.
